AC is fully charged but blows cold for a while then not as cold

I've had my AC recharged and replaced the low pressure switch. It blows super cold. Then not so cold. And at idle barely cold at all.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Moving helps some. Sometimes cutting the blower motor down
