Plug socket issue. When attempting travel trailer hook up plug at socket will not engage all the functions. Tail lights work but unable to operate trailer lift to set tow ball on hitch. Lights inside trailer won't work. Changed battery, not the problem. Replaced the tow socket, not the problem. Fuses, not the problem. Is there a wiring issue elsewhere?
