I have a 2006 H2 that did the same thing. I read up on it in the manual. You need to Reset the Seat Memory Buttons so that it won't do this. To reset, press both the Number 1 and Number 2 Seat Memory Buttons. Hold until you hear a beep sound, then release. That will reset and your seats will stop going on and off by themselves.
