What is your question?
ive changed spark plugs, wires, coils packs, cleaned mass air flow and TB, fixed intake manifold leak, replaced serpentine belt, replaced water pump, new battery, crank shaft position sensor, yet the entire time my engine surge never went away and its also losing power and driving sluggish. i have no clue what to do next. no codes, and all systems are running good. great idle, when cool it runs like a new truck. its just when its fully warmed up it drives like im pulling the titanic on pavement.
What makes this problem better or worse?
worse when warm
How long has your 2005 Hummer H2 had this problem?
from 100,000 miles. im currently at 130k

Are you monitoring all the data from a diagnostic tool that can monitor fuel trims, EGR function and other data? I'm thinking that you may see what's going on there while the problem is occurring. Spark, fuel, air, exhaust, timing and compression -- plus proper operation of emission controls. There's no real suggestion to make without getting some needed data and figuring out what is happening.
