Not turn on. They turn on and off when they want. Have it for a month and this just started happening 2 days ago.

Hello, If you are savvy with assembly/disassembly you may be able to correct this on your own. The wires connecting the illumination circuit to the gauge cluster is likely loose, or has an open circuit. Vibration over 13 years can certainly cause this, and the solution may be obvious when the gauges are pulled out.
