What causes vibration shudder at low load and certain speeds?

I have a 2017 ridgeline that frequently has shudder vibrations especially at certain speeds and light load conditions - usually at lower engine RPM times.

What makes this problem better or worse?

If I tap accelerator to change engine speed it usually disappears
