2007 Honda Ridgeline - Radio lighting and both right and left map lights broken

What is your question?

Radio lighting does not consistently work. R & L map lights do not work and no way of checking or repairing bulb. Repair Pal provider said they were not comfortable with these kind of repairs and may need to take to Honda dealer. How do I do this to make sure things are covered?

Since just weeks after we purchased
