To clarify: you cannot drain all of it. You can only drain what is accessable. To replace all the fluid, you need a fluid exchange machine to do it. This goes through transmission cooler lines to extract all the fluid with a pump. The drain - and - fill method is just what Dachs Automotive responded with - you can drain a few quarts and fill it back with a few to "refresh" the fluid.
