What is your question?
I've a Honda Ridgeline 2006 model. Twice now the VTM 4 light has come on, preceded by a clunking sound. Then the truck started to act really weird, as if I was driving over a rutted track and gas pedal didn't seem to be working properly. When I pulled up at a red traffic light, and tried to pull away, I lost power and managed to limp to the side of the road. After turning the engine off, and then starting up again, the light went off, but driving it was still weird. It was pretty hairy driving to my garage today, because it wasn't feeling right. My garage says they can find nothing wrong with it. Checked the computer and issues. They reset the computer. When I drove it away from the garage it seemed fine. What is going on??????? I'm worried it's going to happen again. Both times now it's been while, or after I've been driving at 80km speed on a highway
What makes this problem better or worse?
Both times happened after driving at 80km per hour on highway
How long has your 2006 Honda Ridgeline had this problem?
Twice in the last month

Hello, the concern would most certainly have set diagnostic trouble codes. What diagnostic tool were they using to check the vehicle? Does it have the capability of checking chassis codes, or just powertrain codes? The concern will most likely occur again. A fault occurred and requires troubleshooting. Not sure what the fault is, but it appears your "garage" is not capable of handling diagnostic testing for this concern. Shop manuals are an excellent reference for this concern as well.
