Hello, if turning the driver's door key cylinder is not turning off the sounding horn alarm of the factory anti-theft system, then there is a problem within that lock cylinder or wiring. Does it turn off when you turn the key in the ignition? The key battery will not influence this at all. Do you happen to have any aftermarket alarm components installed?
