How do I disable my alarm on my 2006 Honda ridgeline?

Hello, the factory anti-theft system requires either disarming from a working key fob or turning the key in the driver's door cylinder. That's the only way to shut it off. You cannot "disable" an integrated vehicle component like the factory anti-theft system, you can only repair it.

Try changing the battery in your key fob. Happen to me with my 2006 Honda civic...the car doesn't 'recognize' your key (bc the battery is dead and it can't read your chip) and it thinks it's a random generic key and you're trying to steal the car Lol
