Power lock and power window doesnt work

Hi got a question for my 1999 honda prelude sh. The power window and power lock doesn't work on the passenger side. But if you try to unlock the power lock from the passenger side it will unlock both doors. But if you do it on the driver side it wont work. And also the window doesn't work at all. I check all the fuses and theyre all ok.
