Idle normal, but when revving it start sputtering

Really need to get that code for the Check Engine Light, that will really help you to figure out why your Honda will not run properly. There is a 2 terminal connector under neath the steering wheel, if you jump that with the key on and engine off, the Check Engine Light will blink out the code number. Each slow flash is a 10, 20 or 30 etc, each short flash is a 1or2 or 3 etc. For example, one long blink and 2 short blinks is a code 12.
