My headunit which is factory Clarion has been a nightmare until a week ago when it's screen went black and remains that way to date . Hondalink appears on screen on startup and both cameras remain perfectly working as well but have zero stereo options or answers to a fix . If it has to be replaced id much like it done asap since I just got her the car in January of this year and she's already thinking it's going to be more problems then our last Honda. This is a perfect car and she loves it , I just need to get that feeling back to her before anything worse happens because the customer complaints and reviews are tremendous when looking into this issue . It should be warranty I believe , 2018 pilot exl Has like 55k I'd really appreciate any help and or repair advice shared to me being I am also an experienced cert tech most of my adult life thank you I'll be awaiting your response

See your local Honda dealership for what is possibly covered by an extended warranty. At the very least I'd advise asking for goodwill assistance. The audio unit should be in no way be a litmus test for the entire vehicle. This vehicle is a great one. The audio unit is merely an annoyance and it can be resolved. Seek assistance at your local dealership.
