I don’t know, it doesn’t last but a couple of seconds.

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Usually the chime will sound associated with a message in the message center or a warning light. Often it could be when a gauge reaches a certain point - check that too. Or, a seat belt may not be fully fastened or secure. My best recommendation is to take the vehicle to a shop near you and show them what you are experiencing. If you can get it to happen, of course!
