Fuel door

Hello, do you hear anything when pushing the release button on the driver's door panel? You should hear an actuator working -- even if the door doesn't open. If the door will not open even manually, you may have to use a trim tool to open the door while pulling the manual release. I would imagine that would get it to open. Then you can find out what's wrong with the mechanism. Remember to ensure the car doors are unlocked before trying to open the fuel door.
