Need help with the information display (i-MID screen)

First thing is to check all fuses,then if all ok call the dealer

I just had a very similar experience with my 2013 Honda Pilot. My radio works, but my i-MID screen does not show anything. I can change radio stations via my steering wheel controls, but cannot do much of anything else. Did you ever find out the problem with your car? Thanks. UPDATE: My problem was resolved by performing a hard reset - unplugging the battery cable and then plugging it back in.
