What is your question?
I have had to take my 2013 Honda Pilot to the dealership for a diagnostic because of the engine turning on. The sparkplugs were replaced with factory oem and a spark plug valve adjustment was done. According to the tech cylinders 1,3,4 were extremely tight causing misfires and had to adjusted. There were no further misfires after this work was done and the engine light was no longer on. The following day the engine came on again and they've had the car for 2 days and now they are telling me that the fuel injectors may have to replaced but they are not sure that is why the engine light is on or if the engine light won't come back again after this work is done. I just want an idea of how a job like this would cost for my car.

Hello, the first bit makes sense, as tight valves can cause engine misfire. A valve adjustment at the very least should be done when the vehicle hits about 105,000 miles, or when the minder "4" symbol comes on. This is also the time to replace the spark plugs. I have concerns about "guessing" at fuel injectors, unless they were able to isolate the failed injector or injectors by swapping cylinders and watching the misfire follow the injector, testing after repair. Further, I would ask about the condition of the removed spark plugs. Was there any oil fouling on them? These engines can develop oil consumption concerns that can foul spark plugs. There is an extended warranty coverage on these engines for repairs for this concern. Your dealership is certainly aware of this of course. Saying "they are not sure that is why the check engine light is on or if the engine light won't come back again..." is not good enough. Press them for further testing to drill down to the cause of the concern. They have technical resources with American Honda to consult if there is any question of what is going on. By the way -- I operate a Honda dealership service department as my current occupation...so I'm very close to this kind of issue. It is not impossible, but it is definitely rare for fuel injector failure on this vehicle.
