What is your question?
VTM4 light only stays on. I replaced trans fluid, gear oil, rear diff fluid, and rear diff temp sensor. Codes: 41-1 PCM communication line faliure, 42-2 oil temp sensor, 77-1 powertrain system faliure, 78-1 vtm4 control unit failure, 61-1 battery voltage failure, 83-1 ECM/PCM relation failure, 86-1?, B1223 blower motor lock error, B1245? , B2983 recirculation control linkage, 11-1, 13-1, 15-1, 17-1, 91-1. Only sound I hear is high pitch grinding on shift while acceleration. Could all this be from a PCM failure or hopefully something cheaper? I started with the sensor and wires and connection point looked fine. I know I need new control arm bushings, tpms sensors with new tires and backup camera. What would be my next step? Thankyou for any help!

Hello, the codes you are citing are not OBDII codes. Testing should be performed with proper OBDII test equipment. You do NOT have a PCM failure! If you could post real OBDII codes and not those other ones, I can offer suggestion, as I currently operate a Honda dealership service operation now. Respond and I'll weigh in. Thanks.
