Headlights dim when traveling at night. Seems to be tied to the econo mode. Had the Battery load tested and okay and alternator seems to be working correctly.

Hello, Have a starting and charging system test performed, but press the econ mode button beforehand. Econ mode should not reduce power output to then headlights, or anything else for that matter, but you should lose a little bit of engine power. This may even be an issue with software.
There is no econ mode button. My understanding is the econ mode takes the alternator out of charging mode and free wheels the alternator. The battery is new and does not allow the lights to go dim when engine is not running. Some info I read talks about a ELD in the system which controls the load on system.
