I have a 2008 Honda Pilot and this orange triangle lights up, causing the truck to sputter and get stuck in 1st gear. What is causing this because we have tried replacing maf sensor and O2 as well

It's over 200,00 thousand miles. Only seems to occur when the engine is warmed up. Doesn't turn off or go away unless you switch the car off wait 3 secs n switch back on. Sometimes malfunctions at a stop light while in drive. When the lighte is on, it shakes hard and sputters, never leaving first gear.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Once it's been driven over the course of a few hours (6-higher)
