Wiper intermittent function not working. Slow speed works. High speed works but not much faster than the slow speed. When you turn the wiper off it will stop without in the middle without reaching all the way to where it should stop. If you pull the arm up it will move a little and so on. I changed the wiper motor, did not work. I changed the wiper signal stick (connected to the steering wheel), did not work. Fuses and were checked. Hope anyone who had similar issue shares their insights.

Hello, what parts did you use? Original Honda parts? There is an intermittent wiper relay under the hood that might be worth looking at. Also, "High" and "low" are direct from switch to motor -- it's switch contacts and power that control those speeds. This is why I ask about the quality and brand of the replacement parts. The driver's multiplex unit does regulate the intermittent wiper function but do not go guessing at that until exhausting testing using a proper diagnostic tool.
