I have not had one so tight that I couldn't get it off with a breaker bar. An impact gun might take it off. In a worse case scenario you could fill it through the dipstick tube. You would have to get a small funnel to fit and it would take some time but it can be done.
I have a 2007 pilot. Similar for other years close to 2007. This bolt is well known for being on much much tighter from the factory than the spec calls for. I used 1/2 inch drive socket on a 3/4" drive breaker bar (with 1/2" to 3/4" adapter) and the proper size 6 point socket. And also about 12 to 16 inches of extension between the socket and the breaker bar to clear the other components. My sockets and extensions were impact grade, I did NOT use and impact gun, just me. It is shocking when it comes free, as it is by my crude estimate to be on there at 120 to 160 lb-ft of torque. I think it is spec'd to be replaced at around 40 lb-ft Also I used a funnel that needed a length of clear plastic tubing pushed on the small end, a tight fit, to reach the opening to get the replacement fluid in. This is a case where you, without question, want the factory fluid. Don't take short cuts on the fluid. Saving a buck or two per quart is a fools bet compared to the cost of making it right later. Multiple flushes to get the wrong fluid out may not be a remedy, and transmission replacement would easily cost more than a $1000, probably 2 or 3 grand.
