What is your question?
I just had the oil serviced on my 2005 Pilot and they advised I replace two motor mounts, which I did. I get the car back and now it is leaking oil badly. I took it back and they are now telling me it's likely the rear main seal. What could have caused this? Anything from the work they just did with the motor mount replacements, adding too much oil, what? I did not have any leaks prior to this work and find it too coincidental that this would happen immediately after.

I would have a second opinion done. Rear main seals don't usually start leaking that quick.
They didn't see this leak prior to installing your motor mounts??? Especially if it is leaking that excessive. Rear main seals will not spring leaks that excessive. It may be leaking from something higher up and leaking down and maybe appearing to be a rear main. But definitely get a second opinion.
I have the same problem with my 2005 pilot and I change my own oil. It depends on how many miles, was too much oil added which would increase oil pressure and force oil out between the seal or it might been over looked. However I did called the Honda dealership to inquire about price estimate for repairs they tell me it about $1300.00. So I got a Chilton manual to see how much work is involved but I pay out this amount of money.
