What is your question?
I purchased a 04 honda pilot not knowing that the ignition was replaced before so the key to start it didn't work on the doors and sadly the original owner passed away and the key fob we were given was not working. After breaking in to the drivers door the alarm started going off. Now anytime you open the doors the alarm goes off for 2 minutes then stops. We even purchased a new key fob and can't get it to program...i am guessing it's from the alarm being triggered. We have tried almost every advise there is online with no luck. I have even contacted the Honda dealership but unfortunately there service technician is out with covid. Please help..are neighbors are starting to hate us.
How long has your 2004 Honda Pilot had this problem?
A couple days

You need a key that unlocks the drivers door key cylinder, or you need a replacement drivers door key cylinder that will deactivate the alarm when the key is turned. Since the key doesn't work for the doors, that's the resolution that must happen. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
