Ecm fuse keeps blowing but nothing else wont stay started n all lights come on

You have a short some where on the system, get the wiring diagram and start chasing wires from the ecm. Your fuse is going to keep blowing until you fix it. Your car won't run either since the ecm gets and sends signals to other systems.
