head bolts

What part of the bolt is stripped, the heads or the threads? if it's the heads of the bolts, it's going to be difficult, you may have to cut them off with a grinder or torch (risky) and lift the head off the remainder of the bolts. I think they're to hard an alloy to drill easily. You may have to pull the engine for this being it's V6. You would unscrew them using whatever means necessary, at that point. If the threads are stripped, you again may have to cut off the heads of the bolts or drill them out. This will be difficult. There are people who can use a plasma cutter or an "electron drill" to burn them out without hurting the heads much. Years ago I had to tow a couple cars to the guy with the "electron drill" and it was expensive but saved the engines.
