96 Honda Passport wont start if stop for 15 to 20 min.

the battery needs replaced, has a dead cell or 2. just had to change the one in my own vehicle cause of the same thing. if u have the battery tested, they need to use a carbon pile tester, with a 15 sec timer, bet when it gets a load on it the voltage drops way way down!
