My driver side window is misaligned. Can't roll up. Is it just misaligned or does the component need replacing. How much will it cost?

I was rolling the window down and it shifted and would not close. I know the door panel has to come off, but does it just need to be adjusted or is it the component that actually shift the window up and down need to be replaced.

What makes this problem better or worse?
