Hello, are you getting anything at all on your satellite radio? Like the promotional channel on channel 00? If you are, the reception is coming through, but your serial's number is not registered with Sirius XM. Call then for guidance. You'll need the serial number on channel 00 display, or other vehicle information. Occasionally, the satellite radio antenna lead and antennal itself can be at fault, but it's really hard to know without testing.
