2010 honda Odyssey runs rough for just a few miles in morning ,runs fine till next morning the problem repeats

Recently my check engine came on solid pulled right over towed to Honda dealer. They found that a spring inside the headgasket had broken and the force of that cracked the cover did a repair,Ouch!! They did say they never saw that happen before. The day before all that happened I went on a day trip I did notice that the car was a little rough for about two miles , then cleared and ran fine for the 300 mile round trip.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Runs rough for just a few miles then clears up

How long has your 2010 Honda Odyssey had this problem?

Just noticed the day before 1st repair. Had it back and on the road for 5 days before I noticed it again
