I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey ex-l with 243000 miles Had the compressor and radiator replaced air conditioning worked for a short time now doesn’t the compressor is coming on and staying on I replaced the heater blend door actuator then the climate control unit still no air

Why was the compressor replaced? If the compressor failed and spread debris through the system you would have to replace more components to remove these restrictions. Impossible to guess without testing hands on or learning more about what happened. Note that a set of gauges and / or a recovery / recharge station is essential for diagnostics and repair of an air conditioning system!
