What is your question?
the vsa dash light as well as the brake light on the dash are on and they both stay on . Is there a way to fix the problem and what could the problem be? I have changed the oil like I should and have done the proper maintenance.
How long has your 2005 Honda Odyssey had this problem?
about a month

Hello, Not to state the obvious, but the issue lies within the brake system. When there is an issue with the brake system, the VSA/TCS system will shut off, throwing that light on as well. Have the vehicle scanned to determine if there are any codes stored on the ABS control module. It controls the VSA system as well. If there are no codes, diagnose the brake system for hydraulic or electrical faults. Something you can try is unplugging the electrical connector you see on the brake mastery cylinder (where you put brake fluid in). If the lights shut off, test that sensor. That is a brake fluid level sensor.... I suppose you should start the entire process by checking your brake fluid level. Make sure your brake lights work as well.
