I am looking to buy a 2005 Odyssey, 95K miles. This one has had a motor mount, condenser & AC clutch repaired. Are these normal repairs. What other items should I be expecting in the next 40K miles

I would try to get a 2006 with the better transmission. 2000-2005 had lots of transmission problems.
