What is your question?

Odyssey has 120,000 miles, we've brought it into Honda and a transmission shop because of a jerking when put into reverse and rough shifting. Both places said nothing comes up on the computer codes, and the van didn't act up when they drove it into the shop. Now it is really shifting rough. I know these vans have a history of bad transmissions, is our only solution to sell it - or if we fix it, how much would it cost?
