I have a 199 odyssey and both fans come on at the same time and shut off at the same time

What is your question?

When the car come to operating temperature the fan come on like usual but the fan for the condenser also comes on and then when the radiator fan stop or shuts off so does the a/c fan. Also when u put the a/c on both fans go on and when u shut off the a/c both fans stop I double check the fuse and relays and even switch the relay with the horn nothing . No check engine light and even check for giggles nothing recently replace the temp sensor because it was getting too hot and the otemp said normal after replacing the sensor fill it and burp it wait foe the fan to come on and everything good and also it shuts off ever since both fans come on now

What makes this problem better or worse?
