I just put brake cleaner straight to the throttle body and its start ,,

Well, something else is causing a lack of fuel. Replacing the fuel pump isn't the only thing that can cause a lack of fuel delivery to the engine. OR -- there is so much air getting into the engine that the fuel system cannot deliver enough fuel to run the vehicle. Guesswork won't help, you'll need to perform a proper diagnosis to find out what is going on.
