automatic sliding door misfunctions often

What is your question?

I have taken my Odyssey to the dealer several times for this problem. The right passenger sliding door starts to close and then stops two thirds of the way. It will not close with the exterior handle at all. I am able to use the dash button to close the door,but that is not always handy.
