All the head unit buttons doesn't respond in Honda Insight 2009

Hi, I have Honda Insight 2009 Japanese imported to Ireland. The head units are all in Japanese but are not responding at all, the navigation and the touch screen is working, the mobile is paird by bluetooth. However, I can not change any thing else because the buttons do not work. Also the volume buttons on the steering wheel are not working and when I press on the "Mode" button on the steering wheel a message of "Audi Off" appears on the screen of the head unit. Any clues what might be the problem? Thanks a million
