Round disc on right front bumper came loose after a minor bang. What is it?

Hi! This is Bo with Car Genius at RepairPal! Well, that's no good! It sounds like that mysterious disc could be a couple of things but it's no UFO! It's either going to be the access to the tow hook that would be in the front bumper or it could be a sensor of some type, possibly an ambient temp sensor or even a crash sensor.
