there is a slight sparking sound when i start the engine when it is very cold

Only when the engine is very cold, like when it is left outside in twenty-degree weather overnight, there is a slight buzzing or sparking sound when I start it, lasting for only a fraction of a second. All other times there is absolutely no problem.
