Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. When you say it will not turn the motor over, do you hear anything? A click? Nothing at all? Are their dash lights? Or does the engine crank over without starting? Depending on your answer, there are different ways to go about continued testing. If there is a click and you have all the lights on the dash, first have your battery checked to make sure it is fully charged and able to accept a load. If this is good, then you will need to do a starter circuit test, where cables and the starter motor are all checked for resistance and draw. If there is no click, check that battery first. If the engine cranks without starting, you'll need to do engine performance testing to find out if there's a lack of fuel delivery, ignition spark, or air to the intake restricted or too wide open.
