What is your question?
I am not sure what it could be but when i am about to make a u-turn my car makes this rumbling sound that comes from the back of my tire and on one side only.

I suspect a failing wheel bearing on that wheel. If you want to find a specialist, here's a directory link for you: https://repairpal.com/honda-repair-in-south-san-francisco-california
i agree with bob. also, check the tire on the inside of the tread for excessive cupping. Roy
could also be a component shifting and rubbing, have the car test driven and inspected by a professional and then repaired as needed.
Is the noise the same if you turn either direction? I seriously doubt you are hearing a wheel bearing. Bearing noises generaly are come into play at speeds of 25-30 mph. You need an expirenced person to ride with you and hear it for themselves and get their opinon before doing anything.
