What is your question?

my 05 element manual trans has the check engine light on, transmission cuts out at 3000rpm not sure what it is. I am getting conflicting answers some say it is an oil pressure problem others say it is a rocker arm actuator control system stuck on (bank 1)

Change the vtec solenoid, make sure to clean the area and change your oil at same time I recommend royal purple or amsoil and using a high quality filter such as a wix or kn wrench on. Make sure to periodically check your oil to make sure you don't have a leak.
