low idle low rpm

The idle speed is controlled by a computer and is not adjustable. Is there an ETC light on, because now there is a separate system just for the idle that is often called the Electronic Throttle Control, or a name very similar to that. I would have a more thorough inspection of this problem, a code read is not really sufficient for this type of problem, if there are no codes.
