My old radiator had holes everywhere in it I drove to my house to change the radiator bit was over heated alittle bit then he change it now won't start up

If you drove the vehicle knowingly overheating it - you could have caused internal engine damage. This will need to be evaluated - engine compression, timing -- and then fuel delivery, ignition spark, air intake and emissions controls.
