Uses coolant

What is your question?

My Honda Element with 194,000 miles on it uses about a half a quart of coolant every 4 or 5 days. Radiator has been pressure tested..no issues..Water pump has been checked ..no issues..but it still uses coolant. No apparent leaks. Ideas???
