When I want heat, the ac vents on passenger side and driver side are different. Cold on driver's side, warm on passenger side.

It sounds like there could be a concern with one of the two temperature blend door actuators that drive hot-to-cold temperature blending on each side of the dash. Hands on testing is needed, checking temperature adjustment commands versus response of the motors and the integrity of the plastic blend doors in the plenum behind the dash.
