Spoiler replacement

What is your question?

Honda dealer replaced spoiler (top piece in black vinyl color) on Honda 2018 crv lx base model and it now caused a small gap below the accident avoidace light area only and the bottom cover. Why is this and how can it be fixed? Do the seals located right above the bottom piece have something to do with the gap?
