What is your question?
I had to replace 2018 CRV battery. Since that time, the bluetooth is not working and two phones that previously were paired will not connect. I am unable to delete the phones from the system or so any kind of reset. I did take the negative battery cable off and then put it on again but that did not help. The radio DOES work.

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. As someone who operates a Honda service department currently, I have to say this is a highly unusual concern. The vast majority - like 99% of the time - that there is a problem with phone pairing, it's due to the phone itself. Make sure your phone is updated to the latest software level. Secondly - do you have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto in your CR-V available? Most models have this - and by connecting with a genuine original cable you will experience the best possible phone relationship with your vehicle. (LX models likely do not have this) For Bluetooth - would try a factory reset of the audio unit and again probably 10-15 minutes of negative battery cable disconnect -- then try again. And, of course, the phone software update. Seek the guidance of a local shop near you also if need be - https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
